Tempest car hire Biggest *****s

<p>Mi insurance company made me rent a car from Tempest Hatfield after we had an accident with our other car. At first they gave us a ford that was so scratched and in a very bad condition and the smell of smoke and sweat and.... So we complained at our insurance about the ****ty car that they gave us and Tempest came the same day and changed it for a nother car. The car was parked at my daugters work place plus minus 5 kilometers from their offices in Hatfield. She drove straight to work from their offices. </p> <p>We gave the car back on tuesday after i fulled it up at the gerage just round the corner and told the guy not to stop until it is full full. I drove the plus minus 200 meters to their offices and gave them the petrol slip. They made a coppy of that and arrached it to the paper work. Today they told me that they spend about R60 rands to full the car up again. BULL ****ING SHUTTT!!!!!</p> <p>The previous time we battle to get our petrol deposit back that they charged twice for about 2 months. The time before that was also petrol issue</p> <p>So my conclusion is that when you take your car back that their employees is driving around with it and then go full it up on your account or they are just plain *****s.</p> <p>I WILL REVISE ANY PERSON TO USE A NOTHET CAR HIRE AGENCY AND NOT TEMPEST CAR HIRE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PETROL DEPOSIT BACK. </p>
