<p> BEWARE OF TEMPEST @ O.R THAMBO</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been using tempest for the past 3 years and i have never experienced problem.</p> <p>Tempest at Soweto a great service they offer , they always amaze me how much they are willing to help and its them who taught me alot about great service Tempest offer .</p> <p>Tempest down town in Johannesburg Ms/Mrs Ntombi always went out of her way to check if all was in order , i took couple of long term rentals with them.</p> <p>Tempest Randburg amazing service i got from them.</p> <p>Tempest Mogale city its always my drop off zone , its positioned conveniently for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have used all of the above Tempest outlets (if i may call them) never had a problem , what made me move around with them its availability of cars , because 1 branch may not have cars and then you find that the other have cars.</p> <p> </p> <p>due to availability of cars and time i had to go to OR THAMBO to collect a car .</p> <p>1. Booking was swift the lady who assited me was informative and helpful. </p> <p>2. when collecting a car during inspection which was done by a young guy , an older male who seemed like a senior to him came to us and he was RUDE to both the young guy and me as client .</p> <p>3.i dropped off the vehicle and waited for the deposit , most tempest i have used paid the deposit very fast .</p> <p>4. after the usual time passed i called O.R Thambo Tempest car hire i spoke to Nthabiseng (I must say she was very helpfull and understanding ) Nthabiseng informed me that they deposit was paid to my account , but from my side it was not reflecting . she gave procedure to follow and told me to call on monday .</p> <p>5. Then the drama : i met a lady by the name of Cheylene Barron , she asked for my bank statement as proof that i did not receive the money i gave her the bank statement and she just vanish with the bank statement she does not even sent a email to SAY we are still looking at your case , after calling her and sending several emails to her questioning her about her service , its only then she tells me that Tempest does not have a record that they paid the money but the system say i was paid , i asked myself what were they doing with my bank statement because she is still telling me about a system that is clearly not working.</p> <p>i have a back to back emails with her and i am not still getting any explanation , the accounts department at Tempest says i am not paid , the system says i am paid and my bank statement says i am not paid.</p> <p>no 1 @ Tempest is giving me a clear reply on this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p> TEMPEST O.R THAMBO IS TAKING ME FOR A RIDE OF A LIFE TIME</p>
