Tempest Car Hire are robbing people

<p>On the 17th of December 2016 i hired a car at Tempest Car Hire in Durban King Shaka airport a Polo Hatch FC 02 ZD GP the guy who was doing the "checking" went around the car marked the scratches and he said im good to go, i returned it on the 20th at OR Tambo airport they checked and said all is good, 3 days later i get a call saying there are cigarettes marks on the back seats, what's so annoying is the fact that i do not smoke and don't even know anyone who does and worse this car wasn't checked inside, since then I've been trying to communicate with them to please make sure if i didnt get it like that but i get totaly ignored yet my deposit is sitting in their bank account and they refuse to return it for an incident i don't even know...... TEMPEST CAR HIRE is the ****iest car hire service, i've never had this problem with any car hiring services</p>
