Tempest Car Drama

Hello Peter,<br> <br> My name is Moeder Thulo and I am in Stellenbosch for a week attending Summer Classes at the University.<br> <br> I hired a car from Tempest Cape Town International Airport however they gave me a car with faulty hazards. These hazards constantly flashed every single time I drive. I contacted the CTIA branch to report the faulty car and they suggested I call the Stellenbosch branch for assistance. <br> <br> Tempest Stellenbosch instructed me to go back to Cape Town as that is where I collected the car and they should help sort the problem out. I later called CTIA to request for assistance however no one is there to answer my calls let alone assist me. I have been pulled over by traffic officials and this is becoming an issue.<br> <br> Since I am in Summer Classes, I have no time to drive back to CTIA and request that Tempest CTIA bring me a car that functions properly.
