During the week, I went into your website and filled in my details and got a quotation. I stopped at "reserve" a car. On Friday when I tried to book a car again, their website was under construction. I sent them an e-mail and nothing happened. i then phoned them and the quotation i got from Neo was way above what i saw initially. Worst of all, their website says no charge for cross border to Swaziland and Lesotho, but in my quotation, it is included and there's nothing they can do about it.
