Still awaiting refund!!!

I hired a car from the 29 October 2019 till 10 November 2019. Returning the car in good order and on time as stipulated per Tempest Hire contract. Today is officially 21 working days and no deposit has yet been paid back into my bank account. There was told 5 to 7 working days at the most. I have used other car rental agencies before and always had a speedy refund.
