Spoilt my Annual Holiday

I hired a vehicle from Cape Town International Airport recently. Firstly they gave me a vehicle a squeaky driver's seat. Then they delivered a replacement car with local registration plates. This made my driving experience a nightmare and spoilt my family holiday. I tried several times to address this but all I get told is someone will get back me , still waiting, 7 days later.
