shocking service with no feedback for months

There was a traffic fine that i paid for which in the interim was withdrawn, been following up since November for a refund, emails say we will call you in 2 days and to date no call.

I called this morning and wanted to chat to a manger, 25 minutes of holding my call gets cut, Zama calls me back to give me a message from Andre Botes the manager that the fines team will call be in 30 minutes which is 11:30, they have 8 minutes left, let's see what happens..
