Service Charge

<p>I had an issue and the agent said he would phone me to rectify the issue yet I have not received any word and they charged me anyway. Tempest might be the cheapest at first look but they sure are not they ***** from you. I filled the hired car up and then I see I got a bill for a service charge to refill up the car. this is nonsense as I would then have not bothered had I known they would charge me anyway. This is the second time I am logging a complaint. NO FEEDBAC****! pathetic.</p>
