Reund of Excess

I had hired a car in December, a car had hit me from the back and i had reported the case to SAPS with the other persons details. i was requested to pay the excess adn was informed that i will be refunnded the excess whent hey recover the funds fromt he other persons insurances.

I have been following up every month to get my refund and i get no response from anyone.
