R860 admin fee charged for a R200 fine

I picked up a fine R200 while driving a car hired from Tempest, in January it was. My fault, gotta pay. But how much? And how many times? For this fine, Tempest charged my card R430 in February, and again R430 in May. Tempest charged me R860 in total for the R200 fine! And they didn't respond to my complaint by email, and I could not reach anybody in their fines admin department by phone. They just deduct money, seeing that they are in possession of my card details. So I have to complain to my bank, declare a dispute etc. Please be very careful with Tempest, they don't treat clients money with honesty
