R 2500 to repair a paint chip smaller than 5c coin

I hired a car from Tempest Car Hire at King Shaka airport on the 15th January. It took me some time and effort to recover my R 4000 deposit which was short R 2 500. <br> I subsequently learnt that the balance was for damages. The damage was a paint chip smaller than a 5c coin which I would argue was normal ware and tear in any case. Almost all mails I received were from \donotreply@..."addresses further frustrating me. When I did manage to get hold of a living being"
