Quick to ask for your money but has taken over a month and still no refund! AVOID!

I was given a rental car from tempest via my insurance while my car was being fixed. It was returned on the 27th March 2020. Today is the 29th April and yet I have no received my deposit back! They said 7 days - not a whole month, They were very quick to send me the email and sms and have someone phone me that I was responsible for the account (which was supposed to be sent to my insurance) and that was solved however when asking for your money back, they don't give it to you! If you can be so quick to remind me over the phone and email and sms that I owe you money then you can be so quick and give me back mine! Will never ever use you again!
