Poor service I received from the car rental

Kindly assist. My name is Vusi Radebe and my number is l***. I rented a car with this company in East London, as per usual the car was inspected on the outside for potential damages. The car was rented from the 25th of May 2023 until the 28th May 2023. Later that day I was called and told that there was a dent underneath the car and that I will be called on Monday to discuss further. I looked forward to the call because even on the first day we inspected the car, nobody showed me the bottom of the car. Ever since then, I waited for the call but no one ever contacted me. Then an invoice was sent to me on the 31st May 2023 that my deposit money will be in my account within 7working days but it never happened. Nobody contacted me and no no money was deposited. When I called more than 7 working days later, I called them to find out what was the hold up but I was told that there was a claim against the car that i had rented because as it had a dent under the car that I was never shown from the start. I asked why hasn’t anyone called me as promised but there was no response. I was referred to the supervisor who met bothered to respond nor call me. I was holding the phone for more than 10 minutes and nobody spoke to me, instead they were speaking in the background while nobody attended to me. Nobody came back to me even after my line cut. Instead, I called back, only to be told that the supervisor was busy and he would come back to me but days went by and he never contacted me. After that nobody answered my calls and it remained silent. No photos were sent as per my request, I even had my wife send them emails to request some photos and theirs protocol. To this day, there was no communication from their side and my money has not even been deposited. It is sad that no one has ever bother to contact me, worse they no longer answer my calls, the only calls they answer is from other people I asked to probe them. Yet my money is still not deposited, nor have I received any correspondence from them.
