Poor refund service

I hired a car on the 24th of December 2017 and returned it on the 26th of December 2017 and I still haven't received my refund 15 days after I returned the car in good condition. Their service is so pathetic in that I get the same response that their consultants always promise to call me back and up to date no one has retuned my call and every time I call their head office my issue seems to be news to them. I would not recommend anyone to hire a car from this company.
