Paying a lot for small scratch without enough evidence

So, first of all someone parks in front of my hired car and I waited like forever to get them to move the car so I can be on my way (and mind you it was after 9 on a Friday night so I still had to travel in the dark in JHB). And when returning the car on Sunday morning, the guy who received the car, checked it with me, with no issues to be found. So, to my amazement I get a call next week to say there is a BIG scratch on the car at the bottom bumper. Now, look. IF I hire a car, I treat that car like a flippen piece of gold bc I know its not my own. And no-one even took notice of this when I returned it. When I asked who I could (from my side) 'fight' this as it could have easily happened after I had the car, I was not even given an answer. Quote was simply sent and money deducted from my CC, bc what can you do hey? You are just a small little client and we, Tempest Hire, are the BIG CLIENTS. They can mos do what they want, bc they can? So yet again I requested a photo with date, and also where the scratch and number plate can be seen in the same photo. Not even a response. Why would they? They mos took my money and had their way with me? So over people not caring and pathetic customer service. Never mind your financial situation. I Will never ever ever ever use them again and am greatly disappointing with they way the communicated with me as a client. Don't use them people! They want your money. Even for a scratch and YOU have no say. Fine-print you know? So sad.
