I recently needed to hire a car (long-term rental for a month). The Tempest call centre staff were very efficient in handling my booking, and Steph from the O.R. Tambo branch went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of (I had problems with the first car I booked and she went out of her way to deal with the problem).
