OR Tambo Terrible Service by the Teller

<p>On Friday (16/9/2016) between 14:00 and 16:00, I was served by a very arrogant and less informed teller by the name of Thembinkosi at OR Tambo airport. As I wanted to swop cars, he told me that he will charge me double "as per procedure". He also refused to physically show me the car so I can make an informed decision. I found that very strange and not acceptable as this was not my first swop at the airppot. His service was worse to say the least. As if that was not enough I called the Tempest help line where I was refered to Jabulile at the Meadowdale branch. She promised to resolve the matter but never called me back. She aslo confirmed that Thembinkosi was wrong of intending to charge me double the deposit and refusing to show me the car. This was not the first time by the way as on the 14th of September 2016 Bongane also from Meadowdale never returned my call as promised by Lihle. Hence I had to speak to the manger (Melanie) and eventually he called. Lastly, I got a very disturbing sms and phone call on Thursady 15/9/2016 that I should return the courtesy car while the panel beater was still busy with the repairs. All of the above show a lot of flaws onto the system as a result I have personally decided to stay away from you guys and will spread the word if need be.</p>
