One Month Later and still NO refund

These people are the worst!!!! OMG. Had a booking with these people and they didn't refund me the difference between the deposit and what was charged. After chasing them for a while, I still don't have my refund. I'm being told that their bank will pay within 10 working days. its been more that a month, more than 20 WORKING DAYS. Still NOTHING.

NO MORE. I HAVE LEARNT MY LESSON. DONT USE EUROPCAR or TEMPEST
