Not satisfied with feedback after \damaged"tyre"""

My hustand rented a Chev Spark for 3 days and picked up vehicle in pouring rain.He travelled 160km and after returning the vehicle we received a damage claim form from the agency.After enquiring what it is for they said the tyre had a small cut on the side.According to my husband he parked no where near a curb as say imply.We were charged with R1100 which is absurd.We asked them to phone us after the enquiry but they only emailed the photo.Can hardly see any cut.I'm sure this is a money making business for someone! Will never use them again.
