No Refund after 20 working days!!
We have used Tempest twice and never again!! They just never refund your deposit! So far its taken 20 working days after being told that the refund the 2nd time was processed two days after returning the car, still have not got our refund. WHAT TAKES SO LONG???!!! SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME SERVICE!!!
