No Help or any services

I rented a car from OR Tambo on the 7th Sept and on the 8th Sept, the front wheel went flat in Sandton , so I phoned customer service, they told me to phone OR TAMBO and then they told to phone Sandton branch, I phoned them, they told me that they have no car in the depot, I then ask them if they could send someone to change the Tyre, guess what, I waited n Sandton for 2 hrs, NOTHING HAPPENED, no one called me or offer any help the service is disgusting
