No communication at all from Tempest

Returned my rental car on Monday yet still NO RECIEPT or deposit refunded despite contacting them yesterday - 24 hours has long past and still NOTHING! After reading the reviews, Im interested to see how much they are going to charge for the little bit of petrol I used in a Hyundai I10. Blady cheeky that they tell you not to fill up as they do it yet they still charge a R20 fueling charge. Tempest - I am waiting for my invoice and I want my deposit refunded immediatly.
