Never use Tempest car hire

Worst car hire company I’ve ever experienced. Do not use them!! We waited for an hour and a half in a queue extending way out of the branch. No explanation given for the delay. Once I reached the counter, I was told the delay was due to “a lack of cars”. So how the hell do you accept on line reservations. When I phoned head office to lay a complaint, no one could tell me who to speak to. Can’t believe this is one of Disvoverys partners?????
