Never, Never, Never Again!!!

<p> Hired a bakkie on 19 August 2016. Returned it early the next morning. It unfortunately had a cracked tail light when i returned it. I could not say how or when it happened.</p> <p>That obviously would delay my refund, they said. They charged me R1420 for the tail light. Plus R550 Admin fee. On top of the otherridiculous amounts they charged me.</p> <p>They allocated 150km after telling they would give me 200km.</p> <p>Until today 04 October 2016, i am still waiting for the refund. Lesson learnt: If anything breaks on a rented car, fix it before you take it back. Rather keep the vehicle for longer than take it in with damages.</p> <p>I will Never, NEVER set foot in a car rental shop, ever. I regret not using the "Bakkie For hire" at the street corner.</p> <p> </p>
