<p>Car left us stranded.company wanted to give us smaller car and different class.say they have no cars.benn stranded for 2 hours.just called a relative to get us.agent insinuated it was our fault,& battery problem.,he recanted after trying to start.corporate says maybe they will have a replacement in 2days.how about this for customer service,"sorry Ma'am for you trouble.we will send a car from tambo"</p>
