tempest is acting like they're responding to the queries whereas they just send the response that says "please provide us with your hiring reference number on a private platform" and they never provide their email address where you can respond. up to date they have not responded nor paid back the money they over charged me with. please provide your email address on your response or call that's the least you can do.
