Miss: Matshepo

I had a very bad experience and I wouldn't advice anyone to go there. I hired a car on the 23rd December 2019 and I returned the car on the 26th December 2019.the car was checked by four guys who worked there at Tempest and everything was fine as they let me go. After few days of calling them for my refund, they told me they will refund me after 7 days since there was public holiday in between. I then called them to find out as when am I getting my refund, they then send me and email saying I broke thier sport light so I owe them R5300 so they can't refund me. I'm so angry and hate thier service as they ripped me off my money. I refused to pay since they don't have any prove of me signing down to agree of damage or any footage..
