Misleading of info

My car was ****** on the 28 March 2018, my insurance hire a car (Picnato), i pick the car up on the same day, a month later my new car was still not sorted, i re hire the car for a week, the sent me a message that i must return my car on the sunday, on sunday when we took the car there, it was close, we trying phoning number on glass door, no answer, the were also another lady that they also told to bring her car back on that sunday, the monday morning i phone Tempest Southgate to ask what happened, the say that we could take the car to the back, its the first time that we renting a car as i then explain to he guy, and he say that i can bring it back after work , as i working and can get off, after work we took the rental car back with a full tank of petrol, the guy told that he will sort it out, because they didnt told us to take it to the back, and that they are close, the after a month and half i starting getting sms that i still owe them money, we phone them and my fiance spoke to them and the propose to fix it, and now they sent me a sms that they handed me over to lawyers because i owe them money, and when i phone the branch, i was told that i was suppose to hand car in the morning and i handed in later, that ALSO WASNT MENTION TO ME, if it was so important, i could arrange the someone can take the car back for me, the let me drive for nothing sunday to branch to get to get the place CLOSE, and i phone the monday to get it sort out, and when i take the car back after work, they now want to charge me because i didnt take it back later the day

They must please arrange some course for some employees to tell customers such important information, we cant smell it, if we dont use tempest only ones

I did received very good service when i fetch the car , but the important info wasnt given to me
