May this be a **** using Tempest?

I have never rented a car in a personal capacity. I received this email OUTSTANDING TEMPEST INVOICE - REF NO: TM003795 stating "We herewith confirm that your outstanding TEMPEST invoice has been handed over to LGR Attorneys for legal collection. Your outstanding arrears is R6113.72 and is immediately due and payable" The mail reads Tempest Car Rental and not Tempest Car Hire.
