Mal Administration Gross negligence

I hired a car through Tempest , I had 2 speeding fines (R250 and R125) july 2024 Rental Agreement no *** , 6 months later (January 2025) A company called Hybrid Collections called me they say there was a charge of R405 which they collecting from tempest. My first query is why Tempest did not disclose themselves to me instead of handing me over to a collection agency. I spoke to the consultant they said R405.00 was all i needed to pay. So immediately I paid the amount and all was well. In February of 2025 i had a stream of calls again demanding i pay R405.00. I had explained that I paid they amount in full in January. They keep calling and today i spoke to supervisor and they still don't know why they calling me when i paid the R405.00. Her name was Lettie Tshabalala with contact no *** saying she from hybrid solutions. Not sure if i am being ****med as no further emails where sent to me for any outstanding amounts After January.

I have numerous times been called over and over by this company sometimes even consecutively, How is it that people can demand payment that already has been paid. This has caused me alot of disturbance at work and is a general nuisance.

Tempest i will never hire a car for your company and urge the public with any common sense to stay away as well due to their negligent administration.
