<p>When I got a car with tempest I was assured the car was insured and I would need to pay excess in the event of an accident or theft. I left a small scratch on the bumper and now they are holding on to my deposit and telling me it's going to have to pay for that scratch!!! I have had to call them countless times to even get this feedback coz their consultants are sooo *********** they take your name and number down but never get back to you. If you want to rent out a car use more credible car rental not this *******, poor customer service rental. </p>
