Left Stranded!!!

The ****tiest service I have ever received!!! It has been 2.5 hrs now and I am still waiting stranded in the middle of nowhere with no assistance from their call center. I made a booking online for the Randburg branch and when I go collect the car they tell me the branch has been closed for the lockdown.... Why hasn't this been updated on the website? then I am told to go to Sandton or Kramerville, they refuse to deliver the car to me yet it is their mistake for confirming a booking with me at a branch that doesn't wor**** Nonsense of a car rental!!!
