Keep it up, Tempest @ Upington Airport!

I booked a car online for collection at Tempest, Upington Airport and made use of the reduced rate offered through my Edgars Club membership. I arrived a bit early on 7 August, but the car was available already. The staff members were friendly and efficient. I particularly appreciated the thoroughness in which existing damage to the car was pointed out to me. The company representative had a diagramme that reflected all existing damage that he was aware of and he pointed them out to me on the vehicle so that I knew what I was letting myself into. I returned the car on 12 August (fortunately without any damage), received an invoice on 13 August and the remainder of the deposit reflected in my credit card on 14 August. Excellent teamwork and service from Tempest!
