KEEP AWAY FROM TEMPEST!

On 5 January I rented a car from Tempest. They quoted me on a deposit and then debit my card for nearly double. Their explanations were lies, made no sense and contradicted each other's. On 8 January the car was returned and we were told the deposit would be refunded within24 to 48 hours. It's now the 12th and they still keep saying another 48 hours until the invoice is ready.
