I wish if there is a ZERO rating, cause that what they deserve, simply they are the "Master of *******", they will add charges from no where, they will attract you with a great deal, and after returning the car they will make twice the difference from your own credit card, it was my worst experience ever with a rental agency, actually I should call them ********** agency which does not follow the normal procedures. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR EVEN RENT FROM THEM. This is my recommendation to all travelers to Joburg and South Africa. Use a reputable international car rental company not them even if they are giving your rental for FREE.
