Its been a year - claim not resolved!

Terrible after sales service. I was visiting SA in July 2018, and rented a car at George. Had another rental (Abis) vehicle back into me, whole case reported at police and other driver agreed to be at fault. I had to pay a fee at tempest upon return of vehicle, comfirming that I will be compensated once matter has been resolved. I have over the last year been in contact with Tempest lawyers to get information I shared with Tempest on the day. About a month ago the lawyer confirmed that the matter is now resolved and I should contact Europcar (Tempest) for payout. Did that this last week, they were very sketchy on how refund amounts were calculated and I asked for proof of settlement to be sent as well as details on when I would receive my refund. Needless to say I had no communication since. It has been more than a year for me to follow up from my side. Tempest seems to be completely happy to lean on their customers to fo their legal dirty work and then just remain silent when they have received compensation from the litigation. If I don’t follow up I assume they would just be completely happy to keep my money??? Surely this is not right? Use another car rental if you can since Tempest feels goos service is only required when all goes their way and cars are returned with no issues. @Tempest - based on the other reviews I see on HelloPeter I expect to get an automated reply from your bot, and then no real further interaction... Hopefully others get to read this and learn from my experience.
