Irate customer

I've rented a car for 3 day and I was told the windscreen got a cheap which I need to pay till on this day I haven't received my deposit back from the 28th of November and when I call they keep on transferring me from one consultant to the other very irritating and annoying I don't think I'll recommend to anyone or using it again.
