Invoice Incorrect

I sent you emails , no reply . I took a car to VW and it got assessed and was told it will cost R1450 - R2000 , and you go and charge me R6000 , which delearship was that and can i see a proof for that ? this is really ridiculous , and you charged me for things I covered for , you charged me ridiculous daily rate which was not agreed one
