INSPECT YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE RELEASING TO CLIENTS!!!!!!

On Saturday evening the 8th of March at around 9-10pm, me and my Fiance ,who arrived from the states, went to tempest car hire at cape Town International Airport, we then decided to rent a vehicle from them, they did not send any one out to inspect the vehicle before we left with it, I conducted an inspection myself on the evening and even took pictures which are as hard to make out as it was to see any damage as it was night time and dark outside ans the color of the car made it extra hard to make out any dents and this should not be a customers job, theres a reason you guys have inspectors, we noticed the damage the following day and we were under the assumption this is damage that tempest was Aware of as we had just gotten the car and we are confident that no damage was caused by us, upon returning the car on the Saturday evening on the 17th of March we were quite taken aback when the lady who checked the car questioned us about the damage which we had no knowledge of as this is how we received the vehicle. We then explained to the lady that we do not know what caused the damage because thats how we recieved it and i even showed her some of the pictures which she then responded "oh i see it was at night" insinuating that she understood the situation and she let us go with no further questions or any paperwork and my Fiance then received an email the following day to show that the deposit would be sent back to his account and then the day thereafter a text was received in regard to the dent/damage on the boot which we were not even questioned on the evening we returned it, she questioned us on a dent on the left side door which AGAIN we had no knowledge of. As the text message received stated we needed to email for any further enquiry in regard to the damage that is exactly what my fiance did and he has since not received a response. Tempest seems to be very ********* and robbing people, specifically tourists of their money. I would never recommend any one to use this car hire company because they are seeking to keep your deposit with any cause or reason. Please resolve this issue before I post this on every social media platform of TEMPEST.
