Incredible customer service and compassion

Herewith the letter sent to John's manager:<br> <br> I would like to take the time to share my greatest appreciation for the excellent service received by myself this Friday past (11.09.2015).<br> <br> As a woman travelling alone with a baby, the daunting prospect of returning a car at an airport I am completely unfami**** with and making my flight on time was looming before me like Mount Everest, however thanks to the extraordinary service from your driver John Mtshali, I was able to get to the departure terminal with ease and have my large heavy case off loaded for me. He was extremely perceptive of my situation and his empathetic approach a truly welcome relief. I can honestly say that John was the most professional and efficient staff member I came across in and outside of the Airport. He is nothing but an asset to your establishment and I would like to praise and commend his outstanding customer service.<br> <br> Thank you John Mtshali for making my return trip less of a nightmare!
