Dixie Seakamela is a highly *********** staff member. She attempted to load the banking details from the car rental forms incorrectly and as a result the system has rejected payment for the refund and now we have to run around getting a bank letter for the refund that is due to us. This is totally unacceptable and I would appreciate if a senior level manager gets in touch with me regarding this matter.
