Head office dont care

<p>Tempest car hire advertise a black friday special which gives an error when booking. When i called the head office on ********** 000 to complain the receptionist who answered the phone laughed at me. She put me through to customer services who didnt answer. If your head office thinks of your customers as a joke why are u in business ?</p>
