Hanging up after request to speak to management

I have been trying to get hold of management to speak to someone at the office, every time I have called they have answered and hung up before I could even utter a single word of hello. <br> I am disgusted with this service. <br> The people I did manage to speak to were at the switch board and handled the call transfer. After phoning a total of 4 times I have gotten no where with my query. <br> Quite frankly as a company that offers a service I cannot understand how they are operating and how they can possibly have a successful business.
