GONE THE EXTRA MILE

I have recently been diagnosed with 4 auto immune diseases and just had a port inserted into my chest, when I found out that my mom was sent in for a valve replacement / open heart surgery. We needed to urgently get to Durban but the roads were hectic due to the Easter holidays. We decided to fly down and rent a vehicle ( first time for both ). We arrived in Durban quiet late ( around 12h00am ) and went to Tempest. We were then advised that both the booking party and credit card holders need to be same. This posed a huge problem but the 2 staff members on duty, Sheldon & Ziade gladly assisted. Normally at this hour, staff members would just want to get a customer of their backs and go home, considering it was a holiday but these 2 went the extra mile to assist. I am sure this is not the first compliment you guys are receiving as I am sure you provide this service to all customers. A job well done.....we will definitely use Tempest again.
