Fueled th car but billed a refuelling fee

Dear All<br> <br> I woud like to utter my most dissapointment at tempest car rental at King Shaka Airport. I rented a car over the weekend, I fuelled the car at Sasol airport filling station, I returned the car, the cross check was done and the petrol was checked all was declared ok. I have just recieved an invoice and I realised that i was billed for petrol R156.50, I then called the office and spoke to Derek, he said he thinks because the cat has an air lock, so when the airlock is released then it shows the tank not full.<br> <br> My concern is that this was not done in front of me, all I know is everything was fine and also why are we not told when collecting the car so that we know how to fill the car according to their satisfaction, I feel cheated and not treated with fair and respect.
