Tempest have been deliberately giving me the run around not wanting to give my deposit refund for a car I rented on the28th of February, the OR Tambo branch doesn’t answer phone calls and I’ve had to go in there twice but I still haven’t received my refund. This is by far the worst car rental agency there is, the lady named Meriam is utterly useless and I can’t comprehend how such a person can be in charge of anything.
