I’ve been using tempest for years without problem. Then this year I had 2 incidents with them, most recently they used an old card from a previous rental which I had not authorized to take almost 10,000 rand as an extra deposit in cash straight from my bank account. This was over and above the credit card block of around 5000 I’d already given them. Pure *****. That money has disappeared and over a month of complaining to them has done no good. I’m taking them to the courts this week.
