Forced charges from your deposit deducted
We hired a car at their Durban International Airport branch and was asked to pay a R6000 deposit for access in the event of an accident, which we paid. To our surprise when we returned the car, a R500 was deducted for document administration, service fee and fuel even though we only traveled 84km and the first 400km was told was for free. Pathetic service

The worst thing is the consultant who assisted us did not mention anything about additional fees being deducted from the deposit. We only travelled 84Km and it was told 400Km was for free. And all the additional cost mentioned in my comment that was not advised when we picked up the car.
