Faulty side mirror endangers life

I am utterly at a loss. I rented a car from Tempest yesterday, and proceeded to drive from Centurion to Piet Retief without incident. I then went to waterfall centre for dinner, and whilst on allandale the side mirror (on the passenger side) fell off. I then called tempest, on their 24 hour line, but couldn't get through as it was after-hours.. <br> <br> I called them this morning to inform them of what had happened, but they seemed nonplussed.. I returned the car, and was then asked to fill in a claim form wherein I would have accepted liability. I refused to do this, as it was the car that was faulty and the mirror falling off wasn't through any negligence or act on my part. I require urgent resolution to this, and demand an apology for tempest for endangering my life with their shoddy cars..<br> <br> Suffice it to say, I shan't ever rent from them again.. Sies
